Began the season with a third-place and second-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational (14:16.7, 4K) and Bradley Intercollegiate (16:54.0, 6K) respectively. Finished ninth at the MVC Championship at 20:37.5. Her finish earned her First-Team All-MVC and First-Team All-MVC Scholar-Athlete honors for the second consecutive season. Placed 29th in the NCAA Midwest Regional at Newman Golf Course (20:35.54), finishing just outside of the top 25. Finished as one of the top-three finishing Braves in all six meets. Ran career bests in the 4K, 3 Mile, 5K, and 6K during the season. Indoor: Competed in seven meets during the 2025 indoor season. Began the season with an eighth-place finish in the Mile at the Hawkeye Invite and a third-place finish at the Wieczorek Invite. Set the eighth-fastest 3000m time in Bradley history at the Meyo Invitational, clocking in at 9:28.77. Set two top 10 times in Boston over Valentine's Day weekend, running 4:43.46 (fifth-fastest all-time) in the Mile at the Eagle Elite Invite and 2:08.26 (fourth-fastest all-time) in the 800m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston, the fourth-fastest time in program history. Won the Indoor Mile MVC Championship, the first of her career, with a 4:44.05. Followed with an eighth-place finish in the 3000m Final. Finished the season with multiple personal bests and times ranking in the top 10 in program history, including running the third leg in the record-setting Distance Medley Relay at the Alex Wilson Invite and the fourth leg in the MVC Championship-winning DMR. Outdoor: Competed in eight meets during the 2025 outdoor season. Finished first in the 800m at the Redbird Invitational, running 2:09.28. Registered top five finishes in her 800m (2:09.34) and 1500m (4:21.63) sections at the Stanford Invitational. Placed second in the 800m event, running 2:09.52, and ninth in the 1500m race, running 3:19.78, at the Virginia Challenge. Ran the fourth-fastest 1500m time at the Drake Relays, clocking in with a fourth-place finishing 4:16.39. Member of another program-record-setting DMR team, running the final leg of the race at the Drake Relays. Set the fifth-fastest 800m time in program history at the Desert Heat Classic, running 2:07.86 in her MVC tune-up. Qualified for the 800m Final and 1500m Final at the MVC Championship for the second straight outdoor season. Placed sixth in the 800m Final (2:13.39) and fourth in the 1500m Final (4:19.50), just 15-hundredths off of a top three finish. Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 1500m event for the first time in her career. Ran 4:27.34 at the NCAA West First Round in Texas. 2023-24 SEASON Cross Country: Competed in six meets. Placed fifth at the Western Illinois Alumni Invitational with a time of 14:32.70 over four kilometers. Placed 19th in the 6K race at the Gans Creek Classic at 21:35.8 to lead all Braves in Columbia. Finished eighth at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship with a 21:14.8 in the 6K race. Her top finish earned her First Team All-MVC honors athletically and a First-Team All-MVC Scholar-Athlete selection academically. Was one of the top four finishers among Braves in each race during the season. Indoor: Competed in six meets in the indoor season. In the John Coughlan Invite, she finished in first place in the mile with a time of 4:59.32. Began the 2025 portion of the season placing fourth in the mile at the Wieczorek Invite (4:48.48) and third in the 3000m at the IUPUI Invitational (9:52.60). Qualified for two MVC Championship races in her first conference meet, placing in the top eight in the 800m and Mile preliminary rounds. Finished fifth in the 800m Final (2:14.18) and seventh in the Mile Final (4:51.30) Outdoor: Ran in five outdoor meets. Recorded a first place finish in the SLU Billiken Invite in the 800m with a 2:12.81. Member of the program-record-setting Distance Medley Relay team at the Drake Relays, running the first leg. Repeated her indoor conference championship performance by qualifying for multiple Final races.
