2010 Season (Freshman): Took over as the starting shortstop, making 37 of her 48 starts there ... Voted the team's Best Offensive Player, she drew a school season record 27 base on balls ... Tied for second on the team with a .295 batting average and tied for the team lead with 20 runs scored ... Emerged as the team's leadoff hitter and reached base 46 percent of the time when leading off an inning ... Earned all-tournament honors at the season-opening Louisiana Classics after hitting .364 with three runs scored and three stolen bases in five games ... Owned a team-best .347 batting average in conference play ... Scored 15 of her 20 runs against league opponents and had a .467 on base percentage in Valley action ... Hit .455 with runners in scoring position in conference play ... Hit safely in each of the last five games and had nine multi-hit games. 

High School: A four-time letterwinner at Loveland High School in Loveland, Colo., she transferred to Andover Central High School in Andover, Kan., for her final semester of high school ... Was a three-time All-Front Range Conference pick and was a two-time Class 5A All-State honoree ... Also earned all-area three times.

Personal: The daughter of Tamara Cox, Taylor was born July 9, 1991 in Wichita, Kan. ... Is the youngest of three children: Ashtin (24) and Chad (21) ... Plans to major in sports communications ... Named to the Bradley Athletic Director's Honor Roll following the 2010 Spring semester.
