Came on late in the year, scoring more points (65) in the final six games of the year than she did in the first 28 games of the season ... Averaged 10.8 points on 71.4 percent shooting and 6.0 rebounds per game over the last six contests of the year ... Matched a career-high 21 points off the bench, scoring 15 in the second half to help BU erase a 20-point deficit in the 74-71 win against Tennessee Tech in the opening round of the WBI ... Returned to the court after sitting out the 2008-09 season ... Provided a big spark off the bench in the first half of BU's win at Louisville; finishing with six points, two boards and one blocked shot as Sonya Harris battled foul trouble ... Also played extended minutes at College of Charleston and collected eight points, six boards and two assists in 16 minutes ... Turned in her first career double-double with season-highs of 10 points and 10 rebounds to go along with season-bests of two assists and three steals in the home win against Evansville ... With Sonya Harris picking up two early fouls, she collected three points and five rebounds in 14 minutes off the bench in the home win vs. Creighton ... Provided a boost off the bench in the games at Creighton and Drake, averaging 6.0 points and 4.5 rebounds in the two road wins ... Saw extended minutes in the win at Evansville with Leah Kassing sidelined with an injury and responded with 10 points and three rebounds off the bench in the road win ... 2007-08 (Freshman year at Illinois Central)
Earned second-team NJCAA All-American honors in her only season with the Cougars ... Averaged 14.5 points and 10.3 rebounds per game while helping Illinois Central to a third-place finish in the NJCAA tournament ... Earned first-team all-conference recognition.
High School
A two-sport athlete at St. Joseph High School, Latasha was MVP of the GCCA ... Averaged 16.4 points and 8.7 rebounds per game as a senior ... Earned honorable mention all-state honors from the Chicago Sun-Times in her final prep season ... A two-time all-area selection in basketball, she also lettered in volleyball.
