2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors as a senior • Placed seventh at the MVC Championship (and second on the team) with a career-best 8K time of 25:03.18 to help lead the Braves to their third-straight conference title • Placed in the team’s top five in all five meets he ran at in 2017.
 
Indoor: Clocked a PR time of 4:24.12 in the mile run at the EIU Friday Night Special with another career-best mark of 15:37.32 in the 5,000m at the GVSU Big Meet.
 
Outdoor: Ran the 3,000m steeplechase at the MVC Championship, clocking a time of 9:54.72 • Also posted a time of 15:37.33 in the 5,000m run at the Gibson Invitational.

2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in four events in his first season with the Braves • Crossed the finish line in 24th place at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship as the Braves won their second-straight title • Posted his fastest 8K at the Bradley Classic with a time of 25:09.7.
 
Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m run twice during the indoor season • Posted his best time at the Grand Valley State Big Meet, clocking in at 8:40.57.
 
Outdoor: Ran at his first MVC Track Championship, finishing 10th in the 3,000m steeplechase • Won the steeplechase at the Redbird Invitational, posting the seventh-fastest time in school history at 9:25.27 • Also posted season-bests at Southern Illinois in the 1,500m run (3:57.86) and in the 5,000m run at Illinois (14:45.79).

BRUNEL UNIVERSITY
Ran two years at Brunel University while working toward a bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance.
