Bradley Sport Performance encourages student-athletes to make performance nutrition a consistent top priority. Supplements are given secondary emphasis to proper nutritional habits and include only those substances approved by the NCAA. Student-athletes are educated on the power of food to maximize health, minimize illness, optimize energy production, enhance body composition and accelerate healing and recovery, and are given direction in planning meals, snacks and menu plans that fit their specific needs. The Sport Performance staff advocates the use of post-exercise supplements (shakes, drinks, bars) for the purpose of energy repletion and tissue repair.
