Mark is a Senior Biomedical Science (Pre-Med) major from Minooka, IL. Mark has maintained a high GPA and has remained active in several organizations on campus for the past four years. Mark served as the External Vice President and Philanthropy Chairman for Lambda Chi Alpha, served as the Vice President and President of the Bradley Red Cross Club, served as a Peer Educator for the Bradley Advocating for Diversity Program, as a Peer Mentor in the Scholars Program at the Office of Inclusive Excellence, and has been a Bradley University Student Admissions Representative for three years, serving as an intern for the Office of Admissions for two years. Additionally, Mark has been a part of a microbiology research lab with Dr. Melinda Faulkner, worked at Athletico Physical Therapy as a rehabilitation side, has been a part of the BRAVES LEAD program, is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Health Honors Society, and regularly volunteered at UnityPoint Health Methodist hospital as a patient escort and at Loaves and Fish at First United Methodist Church as a kitchen coordinator. Upon graduation, Mark hopes to attend medical school to become a physician that serves populations prone to healthcare disparities. He hopes to be a helping hand to patients in his future community and a role model to younger individuals interested in medicine.
