2024-25 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the 2024 season. Placed fifth at the Bradley Intercollegiate, clocking in at 25:02.0 over eight kilometers. Ran in good form at the end of the season, finishing in 13th with a career-best of 23:53.1 at the MVC Championship, earning All-MVC Honorable Mention. Followed his honor with a 42nd-place finish, third among all Braves, at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 30:34.71.
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the 2025 indoor season. Finished in the top seven in each of his first 3000m races of the season, including setting a new career best at the Meyo Invitational, running a fourth-place 8:07.18. Set a new 5000m career best in Boston, running 14:10.37 at the David Hemery Valentine Invite. Finished third in the 5000m Final at the MVC Championship with a time of 14:20.06, earning All-MVC honors for the second time in his career and first time individually. Placed eighth in the 3000m Final at the MVC Championship, clocking in at 8:20.32.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the 2025 outdoor season. Finished tied for second in the 1500m race at the WashU Distance Carnival, running a matching time of 3:46.74 with his teammate, Jayde Rosslee. Placed third and seventh in two 5000m races at Stanford, running 13:56.95 in the Stanford Invitational in early April and 14:05.85 at the Payton Jordan Invite in late April. Earned his first outdoor All-MVC honors at the MVC Championship, finishing third in the 10000m Final with a time of 30:47.23.
2023-24 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in three meets during the 2023 season. Began the season with a third-place finish at Western Illinois Alumni Invitational with a time of 18:18.5 over six kilometers. Followed up with a seventh-place finish at the Bradley Intercollegiate, clocking in at 24:28.4 over eight kilometers.
Indoor: Competed in seven meets during the 2024 indoor season. Placed third in the Mile at the John Coughlin Invite with a time of 4:26.02 to begin the season. Steadily improved in the 3000m discipline throughout the season, lowering his personal best to 8:24.08, set at the GVSU Big Meet. Qualified for the Mile Final at the MVC Championship, where he finished ninth at 4:16.22.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the 2024 outdoor season. Competed in a wide array of distances, ranging from 800m to 5000m during the season. Began the season with a season-best 3:55.13 in the 1500m race at the Raleigh Relays. Finished fourth in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Kip Janvrin Open, running a 9:29.80. Ran the anchor leg for the sixth-place-finishing 4x1600m Relay team at the Drake Relays.
2022-23 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in four meets in his rookie season including the Missouri Valley Championship and NCAA Midwest Championship. At the MVC 8k championship, he finished with a time of 25:04.6 and placed in 19th. At the NCAA Midwest Championship, he ran the 10k and placed 83rd with a 31:04.2 finish.
Indoor: Ran in six meets in the indoor season. Completed the 3000m with a time of 8:30.10 at the GVSU Big Meet for 13th place. At the Iowa Open, he received 4th place with a mile time of 4:14.28. He finished 9th in the mile at the MVC Championship and his distance medley relay placed second with a time of 10:08.08.
Outdoor: In two meets, he raced in the 5000m both times. At the EIU Big Blue, he placed in fifth and collected 18th at the Gary Wieneke Memorial with a time of 15:25.57.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four letters in cross country at Lutheran High School of St. Charles. Led the Cougars to a second-place finish at the cross country state meet as a junior and a third-place finish as a senior. Won the state championship on an individual level, while collecting 2021 Metro Runner of the Year accolades. Also an eight-time all-state honoree on the track with the Cougars finishing fourth at the state meet in 2021 and second in 2022. Also played basketball and volleyball in high school.
PERSONAL
The son of Jason and Anna, born on April 2, 2004. Has three siblings: Charissa, Isaac and Nathan. Isaac joined Bradley Cross Country and Track & Field as a freshman prior to the 2024-25 season. Both Jason and Anna played collegiately at Concordia-Wisconsin: Jason played soccer and baseball while Anna played played volleyball and softball. Majoring in civil engineering.
