2021-22 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in three meets during the campaign before missing the second half of the season with an injury • Posted a career-best time in the 8K at the Gans Creek Classic, finishing 23rd overall in 24:35.8.
Indoor: Did not compete during the 2022 Indoor season.
2020-21 SEASON
Cross Country: Placed 30th at the Lipscomb Winter Classic in his only meet of the shortened season.
Indoor: Ran the 3,000m at Indiana State with a time of 8:41.95.
Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 10,000m run at the MVC Championship with a time of 31:29.65 – Also ran the 1,500m at Saint Louis with a mark of 4:06.40.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in four meets during his rookie season • Received honorable mention to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Team after finishing 14th at the conference meet and helping the Braves to their fifth-straight title • Placed seventh in his collegiate debut at the Bradley Intercollegiate • Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:14.7 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor campaign.
2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the 2018 cross country season.
Indoor: Ran season-best time of 4:21.47 in the mile at the MVC Championship, 8:31.20 in the 3,000m at Grand Valley State and 14:59.13 in the 5,000m at Notre Dame.
Outdoor: Did not run during the outdoor campaign.
HIGH SCHOOL
Member of the cross country and track teams at Lakeland High School from 2014 to 2018 • Helped lead the Eagles to the state championship in cross country in 2016, while also collecting three regional crowns • Earned all-state honors in cross country as a sophomore and senior, while collecting all-state accolades in track in 2015, 2017 and 2018 • Set PR times at 4:19 in the 1,600m, 9:25 in the 3,200m and 15:13 in the 5K.
