Junior (2012-13): Finished seventh in the 10,000 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championship ... His career-best 10,000 meter time of 30:20.35 set at the Mt. Sac Relays was the fastest by a Bradley runner since 1984 and ranks second all-time ... Also owns the sixth fastest 5,000 meter time in school history ... Ran a career-best 8K time of 25:36 at the Illinois Intercollegiates to finish 20th ... Clocked a career-best 10K time at the NCAA Regional. 

Sophomore (2011-12): Was among BU's top four finishers in each of his first five races of the year ... Was fifth at the season-opening Bradley Open ... Finished 31st at the MVC Championship ... Clocked a career-best 8K time of 25:39 at the Illinois Intercollegiates ... Turned in the sixth fastest 10,000 meter time in school history at the Drake Relays ... Also owned the fastest times on the squad in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters

Freshman (2010-11): Ran in three meets as a freshman ... Was third on the team at the season-opening JK Gold Classic with a time of 19:50.65 ... Clocked a season-best 8K time of 27:05 at the Illinois Intercollegiates.

Prep Overview: Was a 2010 Class 1A IHSA All-State performer after finishing 20th at the IHSA Championship ... Was a three-time letterwinner in cross country ... also earned three letter in track, where he was a state qualifier in the 3,200 meters as a junior ...
