2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Received honorable mention to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Team • Helped the Braves to their fourth-straight Valley Championship by placing 12th at the conference meet with a career-best 8K time of 24:49.5 • Clinched the Braves' first NCAA Championship appearance when he finished in 33rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional • Finished 158th in his debut at the NCAA Championship with a time of 31:07.7 – the 10th-best 10K time in school history • Won his first collegiate race at the Bradley Intercollegiate, crossing the finishing in 24:59.5.
Indoor: Earned all-conference honors in track for the first time during his career, placing third in the 3,000m run at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship • His time of 8:18.45 ranks eighth in the BU record book • Also scored in the 5,000m run at the MVC Championship, placing fifth • Set a PR in the 5,000m at Iowa State with the fourth-best mark in school history at 14:23.14.
Outdoor: Ran the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays in 14:36.07 before missing the remainder of the season.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.
Indoor: Recorded two top-10 finishes at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship, placing fourth in the 5,000m run and 10th in the 3,000m run • Posted a PR and the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 5000m run at the GVSU Big Meet with a mark of 14:23.77 • Also clocked the ninth-fastest time in the BU record book in the 3,000m in 8:22.00 at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational.
Outdoor: Scored in two events at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship for the first time in his career, placing a personal-best fourth in the 10,000m run before an eighth-place finish in the 5,000m • Clocked the fifth-fastest time in school history in the 10,000m at the Mt. SAC Relays with a mark of 30:17.30 • Posted a season-best time of 14:44.29 in the 5,000m.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in three events during the season • Crossed the finish line in 26th place at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship as the Braves won their second-straight title • Posted his career-best five-mile time at Notre Dame with a mark of 25:03.5 • Also set his personal record in the 8K with a time of 25:25.6 at the Bradley Intercollegiate, placing seventh overall.
Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m events during the indoor season • Placed fifth at the 5,000m run at the MVC Championship with a season-best time of 14:28.65 • Recorded a career-best time of 8:25.65 in the 3,000m run at the Grand Valley State Big Meet.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country: Made his debut in the season-opener at the Western Illinois Early Bird • Ran a season-best 8K of 25:26.4 at the Bradley Classic • Led the Braves at the Bradley Invitational, finishing 13th • Placed 24th at the Illini Open.
Indoor: Finished second in the 3,000m at the EIU Friday Night Special to highlight the indoor season • Clocked season-best times in both the 3,000m and 5,000m at the MVC Championship, with his 5,000m •
Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 10,000m at the MVC Championship • Posted the eighth-best 5,000m (14:34.27) and 10,000m (30:44.85) times in school history during the outdoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL
Holds school records in the 5K, 3,200 meters and two miles • Part of a school-record setting 4xmile relay team and 4x1600 meter relay squad • Finished 10th in the 3,200 meters at the Indiana State championship as a senior • Placed 27th at the cross country state championship in his final prep season • IHSAA 4A all-state performer in cross country in 2014 • New Balance National qualifier in the two mile • Helped his team finished 11th in the state in cross country as a senior, in addition to a seventh-place state finish in track.
