Played in five of the nine tournaments ... Posted a 79.43 stroke average ... Recorded his season-best of 76 in the Derek Dolenc Invitational ... Recorded eight rounds in the 70's ... His best finish of the season occurred in the Valpo Fall Invitational.

2022-23 (Senior)
Played in four of 11 tournaments ... Posted an 81.08 stroke average ... Fired a season-best 77 two different times in the season, one in the Missouri State Intercollegiate and the other in the opening of The Stampede at the Creek ... Recorded three rounds in the 70's. 

2021-22 (Junior)
Played in six of 11 tournaments, including all five spring outings … Played in 16 rounds and posted an 80.88 stroke average … Owned a 79.20 stroke average over his final 10 rounds … Had seven rounds in the 70’s … Fired a season-best 75 in the opening round of the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate and matched that in the opening round of the Butler Spring Invitational

2020-21 (Sophomore)
Appeared in each of the first three events of the season, closing the year with a 77.00 stroke average … Fired a career-best 72 in the home dual vs. SIU Edwardsville, tying for fifth overall for his first top-10 finish … Carded a 234 at the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate for the lowest 54-hole score of his career at that point. 

2019-20 (Freshman)
Played in all seven tournaments, posting an 82.43 stroke average … Fired a season-best 77 in the second round of the season-opening Crusader Collegiate, also matching it in the second round of the Derek Dolenc Invite. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered three years at St Francis … Was Metro Suburban Conference champion and MVP as a senior … Co-medalist at IHSA Sectionals and was runner-up at IHSA Regionals, before placing in the top 20 at the state championship … Led the Spartans to a seventh-place team finish in 2017 and eighth-place showing in 2018 … Medalist at the ISJA Qualifier in 2018 … Also played basketball.

The son of Steven and Janet Armbrust, Nick was born in Wheaton, Ill. … Has six siblings: Dan (35), Jake (33), Jess (31), Matt (26) and Luke (23) … Majoring in finance … His brother Luke is a graduate transfer for the Braves in 2022-23 after playing four seasons at Illinois.
