In 2023 Fyda continued the trend of starting in all of his appearances by starting 17/17 contests in 2023. • He finished 2023 as one of three Bradley Braves to start every game in 2023. Fyda also finished second on the team in minutes played in 2023 with 1,453 minutes of action. •While on the field, Fyda was able to chip in a solo assist while aiding Bradley to four shutouts during the 2023 campaign. BRADLEY 2022 After a COVID-shortened season his freshman year and an injury in his second year, Fyda started and appeared in 18 games for Bradley. Fyda logged the second most minutes on the team with 1,417. The sophomore scored four points on the season with one goal at the defenseman position. Fyda was named a Missouri Valley Conference First Team Scholar-Athlete for his contributions on the field and in the classroom this season. BRADLEY (2020-21) • A true freshman during the abbreviated 2020-21 COVID season, Fyda appeared in 10 of Bradley's 11 games, all as a starter in a central defensive midfield position. • With the NCAA granting a blanket waiver of eligibility for the 2021 spring season, Fyda entered the 2021 fall campaign still with four years of remaining eligibility. • Limited by injury during the 2021 fall season, Fyda appeared in eight games, including four as starting central defender. HIGH SCHOOL • Graduating from County Collaborative Charter School, Fyda played high school soccer as a freshman and sophomore at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. • Playing career focus came at the club and academy level, most recently with the Nomads SC U19 Development Academy in 2019-20. • A member of the Nevada ODP squad the last four years, Fyda also trained with the Barca Residency Academy in 2018-19. • Helped his Barca Academy U19 Pre-Academy team to the championship of the 2018-19 USYS Desert Conference and qualification for the 2019 USYS Far West Regional Championships. • His Nomads SC Development Academy team qualified for the inaugural DA Winter Cup in December 2019.
