Prior to Bradley
He was selected for the Dominica U-17 National Team Training Camp in January 2025 before earning a call-up to represent the nation at the Concacaf U-17 Championship in February 2025. James II advanced to the Dominica U-20 National Team in 2026, participating in the team's training camp before being selected for the Concacaf U-20 Championship Qualifiers held in February and March. Also served as an assistant coach for the Dominica U-15 National Team at the Concacaf U-15 Championship in August 2025.

Personal
The son of Percy James and Toni James, Percy James II has one sibling (Peyton). Percy demonstrated a commitment to giving back through multiple charitable initiatives in Dominica. He organized donation drives for underprivileged children during the summers of 2019 and 2025, as well as the winter of 2024. Also coordinated the shipment of essential items, including toys, canned goods, and sweets, in the summer of 2018. During a visit to Dominica in July 2025, delivering toys to children receiving care at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
