At Bradley (2003-04)

Shelton transferred to Bradley after the 2002 Fall semester from Texas Christian University, which dropped its men’s soccer program following the 2002 season ... Played in 18 games during his first year with the Braves, primarily as a reserve wide midfielder ... Moved into a starting position on the right flank last season.

 

At TCU (2002)

As a freshman for the Horned Frogs, Shelton registered a goal and an assist.

 

Prep Overview

Shelton played for the premier high school program in southern Arizona and helped Salpointe Catholic to a runner-up finish in the 2000 state tournament ... Salpointe Catholic either won the region regular-season or tournament championship from 1983 through his senior season in 2001.

 

Club Soccer

Helped Tucson United to a second-place finish in the 2000 Arizona State Cup and the Tucson Soccer Academy to the runner-up spot in the 2001 tournament ... Was a member of the Arizona ODP team in 1999 and led his team in scoring at the regional camp.
