2017 (JUNIOR)
Used primarily as a pinch hitter … Started eight contests and appeared in 31 games … Had a team-high 17 pinch hitting appearances … Made six of her eight starts in the outfield … Three of her four hits went for extra bases … Hit her first career home run on the first day of the season at Grand Canyon
2016 (SOPHOMORE)
Saw the bulk of her action as a pinch runner, scoring 14 runs … Started 10 of 30 contests … Went 3-for-8 with runners in scoring position … Started the final two games of the Indiana State series in the outfield and was 3-for-6 with six runs, two doubles, two walks and five RBI in the three-game series against the Sycamores … Made her first start of the season against UAB in Tallahassee, Fla. … Played in the outfield in nine of the 13 games she appeared in the field.
2015 (FRESHMAN)
Made 15 starts as a true freshman, including starting at shortstop for 10 of the first 14 games … Had five pinch-hit opportunities and tied for the team lead with two pinch hits … Collected her first career hit against Weber State, going 2-for-3 with a double … Drew three walks and scored two runs in the win at New Mexico State … Started at shortstop in a 3-2 extra-inning win against Drake, in which she was 2-for-3 with a double and walk … Had three hits in seven at bats against Valley teams.
HIGH SCHOOL
Two-time team MVP … A second-team all-area selection as a senior, she holds Plainfield North school records for hits in a career and season in addition to her .426 average a sophomore ranking as the best season average in school history … Earned all-conference honors as a senior and was team captain her final prep season … Owned a .340 average as a senior … Also lettered in basketball.

The daughter of Jeannine and Joel Willhalm, Taylor was born in Sacramento, Calif. … Has two younger siblings: Kailee (19) and Patrick (18) … Majoring in finance.
