2021-22 SEASON
Cross Country: Earned All-Missouri Valley Conference after posting a team-best fifth-place finish at the conference meet, helping the Braves to a runner-up finish • Led BU in three of the five meets he ran in • Placed a team-best 39th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 31:25.32 • Also led BU at the Gans Creek Classic – posting the fifth-best 8K time in school history with a mark of 24:15.0.

Indoor: Clocked a PR in the 5,000m to take eighth at the MVC Championship with a time of 14:30.30


2020-21 SEASON
Cross Country: Earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors for the first time during his career, placing eighth at the conference meet • Led the Braves at the Lipscomb Winter Classic with a career-best 8K time of 25:18.1.
 
Indoor: Recorded his first top-five finish at an MVC Championship, placing fifth in the 3,000m run • Posted a season-best time in the event at Indiana State in 8:33.26.
 
Outdoor: Added two additional top-five finishes at the MVC Outdoor Championship • Finished fourth in the 10,000m run in 29:57.60 – the sixth-best time in school history • Added a fifth-place finish in the 5,000m run • Clocked a season-best time of 14:40.03 in the 5,000m at Drake.

2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not run during the cross country season.
 
Indoor: Clocked the 10th-fastest time in the 3,000m run at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational, crossing the finish line in 8:22.60 • Finished first in the mile run at Indiana State with a time of 4:16.97, winning his first collegiate race • Also ran the 5,000m run at the GVSU Big Meet with a mark of 15:10.90 • Member of the distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the MVC Championship.

2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:26.2 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship as Bradley won its fourth-straight title • Made his debut at the NCAA Championship with a 10K time of 33:19.8 as the Braves placed 24th as a team.
 
Indoor: Scored at his debut MVC Track Championship, placing eighth in the mile run • Qualified for the finals with a season-best time of 4:16.55 in the prelims of the title meet • Also posted a time of 8:27.50 at the GVSU Big Meet in the 3,000m and 15:03.88 in the 5,000m at Notre Dame.
 
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 5,000m run at the MVC Championship with a season-best time of 14:39.51 • Also ran the 1,500m during the season with his quickest time coming at Illinois in 3:56.78.

2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Received honorable mention to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Team • Second-fastest freshman at the conference meet as his 14th-place overall finish helped the Braves secure their third-straight MVC Championship • Finished 58th at the NCAA Midwest Regional • Placed in the team’s top-five in all four meets he competed in as a rookie.
 
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor season.
 
Outdoor: Did not run during the outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four letters in cross country at Downers Grove North High School • Won the IHSA Regional Championship in 2015 and 2016, while finishing 19th at the state championship as a junior and 12th as a senior • Also placed 20th at the 2016 Nike Cross Midwest Regional • Two-time all-state and all-conference honoree • Helped lead the Trojans to a runner-up finish at the state championship in 2013 and 2016, as well as winning the conference title in 2016 • Placed fourth in the 1,600m at the IHSA State Track & Field Championship.
