2015-16 (Track Senior): Returned to use his final season of track eligibility … Ran in the steeplechase at the 2016 NCAA West Preliminary … Broke the school record in the indoor 5,000 meter at the Meyo Invitational, clocking a time of 14:11.14 … Followed it up a week later with a career-best 3,000 meter time of 8:05.68 for the second-best time in school history … Bradley’s top finisher in the 3,000 meters at the MVC Indoor Championship, placing fourth … Took eighth in the 5,000 meters at the MVC Indoor Championship to pace the Braves in the field … Also posted the sixth-best mile time in school history at the Illini Classic (4;12.19) … Started the outdoor season with a fourth-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic … Ran the second-best 5,000 meter time in school history (14:17.04) at the Stanford Invitational … Won the 1,500 meters at the Redbird Invite with a career-best time of 3:48.09 … Finished sixth in the steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge and set a school record of 8:50.40 in the event at the MVC Outdoor Championship to finish second … Also took eighth in the 5,000 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championship.

2014-15 (Senior): Honorable mention All-Missouri Valley Conference in cross country after placing 11th at the MVC Championship to help the Braves match their best finish (3rd) … Took 44th at the NCAA Cross Country Regional to lead Bradley to a ninth-place team finish, where he was the team’s top finisher … His career-best 8K time of 24:39.20 at the MVC Championship ranks sixth at Bradley … Broke the 1983 school record in the 10K at the NCAA Regional, crossing the line at 30:57.1 … Posted the best NCAA Regional finish (44th) by a Bradley senior since Marty Back was 41st in 1992 … Missed the 2015 Track season due to an injury.

2013-14 (Junior): Broke school records in both the 3,000 meters and 10,000 meters ... Ran an 8:29.66 in the 3,000 meters at Vanderbilt ... Topped 1984 school record in 10,000 meters at San Francisco State at 29:59.20 ... Also clocked seventh-best 1,500 meter time in school history ... Had topped his own school record in the steeplechase earlier in the year and finished third in the event at MVC Outdoor Championship ... Advanced to NCAA West Preliminary in steeplechase ... Placed 10th at the MVC Championship for the second-best time for a Brave at MVC meet at 24:47.3 to earn All-MVC honors ... Clocked a career-best 8K time of 24:40 at the Bradley Classic, finishing ninth ... His 8K time of 24:40 ranked fifth in school history at the time and is sixth-best at Bradley following the 2013 season ... Posted the top time Bradley Classic time in school history ... Career-best 10K of 32:05.8 at NCAA Regional ranks 10th at Bradley.

2012-13 (Sophomore): Bradley’s top finisher in four cross country meets, he led the Braves at the Valley Championship with a 14th-place finish ... Clocked a career-best 8K time of 25:04 at the MVC Championship ... His time at the MVC Championship was the eighth fastest time by a BU runner at the MVC Championship ... Broke school records in the 3,000 meters, and both the 2,000 meter steeplechase and 3,000 meter steeplechase ... Finished fourth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championship ... Broke the 2007 school record in the 3,000 meters at the season-opening Vanderbilt Black & Gold by 11 seconds with a time of 8:30.00 ... Clocked 3,000 meter steeplechase mark at the Drake Relays with a time of 9:08.49. 

2011-12 (Freshman): Missed the season-opening Bradley Open, but was among BU's top five finishers in three of his last four races ... Finished 60th at the Bradley Classic with a season-best 8K time of 26:20 ... Was second on the team at the Notre Dame Invitational ... Ran a school record 9:18.12 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the MVC Championship, finishing fifth ... Won the 3K steeplechase at the Lee Calhoun Memorial ... His season-best 1,500 meter time of 3:58.03 at the MVC Championship was second on the team.

High School: Three-time all-conference performer, Chase was the 2010 Class 1A state cross country champion ... Set the Class 1A state championship record in 2010 ... Named the 2010 Peoria Journal Star Boy's Runner of the Year ... A three-time all-state honoree, he was a three-time all-conference selection ... Placed third in the 1,600 meters at the Class 1A state track championship as a senior.

Personal: The son of John and Julie Coffey, Chase was born in Peoria, Ill. ... Has an older brother Dallas.
