2015-16 (TRACK)
Did not compete during the 2016 indoor track season … Won the 1,500 meter title at the MVC Outdoor Championship for her fourth career Valley title … Ran at the NCAA West Preliminary in the 1,500 meters … MVC Scholar-Athlete in track … Took fourth in the 5,000 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championship in her only outing of the year at that distance … Missed the first three weeks of the outdoor season before making her season debut at the Redbird Invitational … Focused on the 1,500 meters, where she clocked the second-best time in school history (4:23.47) at the Virginia Challenge, finishing 18^th … Her time from Virginia was less than three-tenths of a second off Mary Goldkamp’s 2011 school record pace. 

2014-15 (SENIOR/JUNIOR)
Wrapped up her cross country career by earning All-MVC honors after a fourth-place finish at the MVC Cross Country Championship to help Bradley to the team title … One of six two-time All-MVC Cross Country runners in program history … Clocked a career-best 5K of 17:12.85 at the MVC Championship for the fourth-best time in school history … Earned All-Region honors with a 22nd-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Cross Country Regional … Clocked second-best 6K time in school history (20:49.5) at NCAA XC Regional … Had top 800 meter and mile times on the squad during the indoor season … Finished second in the mile and third in the 800 meters at the MVC Indoor Championship to earn All-MVC honors in both … Posted second-best indoor 800 meter time (2:09.98) and fourth-best indoor mile (4:54.74) in school history … Took second in the 1,500 meters and third in the 800 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championship … Broke the school record in the 800 meters at the Drake Relays … Turned in second-best outdoor 1,500 meter & 5,000 meter times in school history … Ran in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary with an injury … Had qualifying time for the NCAA West Prelim in the 800 meters … Earned MVC Scholar-Athlete honors in both cross country and track … Was all-conference in cross country, indoor 800, indoor mile, outdoor 800 and outdoor 1,500 meters.  

2013-14 (JUNIOR/SOPHOMORE)
Won the 800 meter title at the MVC Indoor Championship and her career-best time of 2:10.61 is second all-time at Bradley … Posted the fifth-best mile time in school history during the indoor season … Swept the 800 & 1,500 meter titles at the MVC Outdoor Championship to become just the fourth individual in conference history and first since 2003 to sweep the 800 & 1,500 meter titles at same championship … Career-best outdoor 800 meter time of 2:09.42 is second in school history … Also owns second-best 1,500 meter time in school history … Was seventh at MVC Cross Country Championship to earn All-MVC honors … Turned in the fifth-best 6K time in school history with a career-best 21:25 at the Bradley Classic to place 13th … Ran a career-best 5K of 17:46.75 to finish sixth at the Illinois State Invitational … Her 5K time ranks eighth in school history … Made her return after missing the 2013 Track & Field season to finish seventh at the Bradley Intercollegiate to kick off the cross country season … Part of a school-record setting distance medley relay team … Part of school record 4x400 meter relay squad

2012-13 (SOPHOMORE)
Ran in four cross country meets, finishing among Bradley’s top four in three of her outings ... Finished 15th at the Illinois Intercollegiates and 31st at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship ... Her career-best 5K time of 17:59.85 at the Louisville Classic ranks eighth among career-best times at Bradley ... Missed the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons due to injury and has three years of track eligibility remaining.

2011-12 (FRESHMAN)
Finished eighth in each of her first two collegiate races and was in the top 20 in four of six meets ... Placed 12th at the State Farm MVC Championship ... Was one Bradley's top three finishers in each of her first five outings ... Turned in a season-best 5K time of 18:01 at the Illinois Intercollegiate, which tied for the seventh best 5K time in school history ... Her season-best 6K effort of 21:58.99 at the Bradley Classic is the 10th best 6K time in school history ... Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the MVC Indoor Championship ... Also finished fourth in the 800 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championship ... Part of the school record 4x800 relay team in both indoor and outdoor ... Had the team's fastest times in the indoor 600 & 800 meters along with the outdoor 800 ... Her season best 800 meter time of 2:11.69 is the second best in school history and her season-best outdoor time is third ... Also part of the outdoor 4x1600 meter relay team during outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Claimed the Class 2A IHSA state title in the 800 meters and placed sixth in the 1,600 meters as a senior ... Four-time all-conference selection ... Holds school records in the 400 and 800 meters in addition to being part of the school record holding 4x800 meter relay squad ... Four-time all-conference selection, she was a three-time all-state honoree in cross country ... Also a three-time all-state pick in track ... Helped her cross country team to a fifth place state finish as a junior and eighth place showing as a senior ... Team won conference three times ... Qualified for the 1,600 meter state finals all four years.

PERSONAL
The daughter of Michael & Theresa Delvo, Emily was born in Springfield, Ill. ... Her twin brother Eric was a member of the Bradley's men's cross country/track & field team ... Majored in health science.
