2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Named to the NCAA All-Midwest Region • Earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors • Helped lead the Braves to their fourth-straight conference title and their first-ever appearance at the NCAA Championship, finishing second on the team at both the Valley and Midwest meets • Placed sixth at the MVC Championship with a career-best 8K time of 24:21.5 – seventh-best in BU history • Crossed the finish line in 16th at the NCAA Midwest Regional as BU placed second as a team and earned its first automatic bid to the NCAA Championship • Finished 115th overall and second on the team at the national meet with a time of 30:47.4 – the fourth-best 10K time in school history • Helped the Braves to a 24th-place finish as a team at the NCAA Championship • Team’s top finisher at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.
 
Indoor: Earned All-Valley honors in both the 3,000m run and DMR at the MVC Championship • Finished runner-up in the 3,000m at the conference meet in a time of 8:16.96 • Posted a season-best time in the 3,000m at Notre Dame with a mark of 8:14.84 • Member of the second and third-best DMR performances in school history • Ran the 1,200m leg at Notre Dame with a team-mark of 9:45.29 for the No. 2 spot in the school’s record book, while running the mile leg at the MVC Championship with a time of 9:57.48 • Clocked a PR in the mile at Washington in 4:04.27 – the third-best mark in school history.
 
Outdoor: Received all-conference honors in the 3,000m steeplechase, placing third at the MVC Championship • Advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals, finishing 38th in the West Region • Posted a season-best time of 8:50.95 in the steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays – the 35th-best time in the nation in 2019 • Finished first in the 1,500m at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic with a mark of 3:48.48.


2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.
 
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor season.
 
Outdoor: First Brave to win the 3,000m steeplechase at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship, winning the race by more than four seconds • Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the event, finishing 10th in his heat • Clocked the 23rd-fastest time in the nation in the 3,000m steeplechase with a mark of 8:50.90 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, just missing the school record by half a second • Also recorded the sixth-fastest time in school history in the 1,500m at the same meet with a mark of 3:48.32 • Named MVC Track Athlete of the Week after his performance in California, where he finished first of 99 runners in the steeplechase • Added a fifth-place finish in the 1,500m run at the MVC Championship • Posted a PR in the 5,000m run with a time of 14:44.68 at the Drake Relays.


2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in six meets during the best season in school history, finishing as the team’s top runner twice • Placed 17th at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational to lead BU with a 6K time of 18:41.6 • Also led the Braves and finished 16th overall at the Bradley Classic with a career-best 8K time of 24:55.6 – the third-best time by a BU runner at the home meet • Placed 16th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship as the Braves won their second-straight title • Finished 79th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 31:57.1.
 
Indoor: Two-time Missouri Valley Conference Champion • Became the first Bradley man to win an individual title at the indoor meet in 34 years and the first-ever Brave to win an individual track crown when he claimed the mile championship • Ran the final in 4:12.76 to win the title • Also part of the distance medley relay team that won the MVC crown for the second time in his career, running the mile leg as the Braves set a school record with a time of 10:02.07 • Set the school record in the 3,000m run and posted the fastest time in the MVC in 2017 at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational, recording a time of 8:04.87 • Named MVC Track Male Track Athlete of the Week after his performance at Notre Dame • Also posted the conference standard in the mile run during the season, posting a time of 4:05.14 at the Indiana Gladstein Invitational – the second-best mark in school history • Briefly held the school record in the 800m run after posting a PR of 1:54.24 at the Illini Classic.
 
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.


2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country: Top finisher for Bradley at the Bradley Classic, placing 66th • Helped the Braves wrap up first MVC Cross Country Championship in program history by finishing 26th with a career-best 8K time of 25:06.31 • Placed 106th at the NCAA Regional with career-best 10K time of 32:13.4.
 
Indoor: Only ran at two meets during the indoor season and was part of a fifth-place distance medley relay team at the MVC Indoor Championship.
 
Outdoor: Ran in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Preliminary • Opened with a second-place finish in the 1,500m at the Bill Cornell Invite • Won the steeplechase at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival with career-best time of 8:55.68, which ranks third at Bradley • Clocked a career-best 1,500m time of 3:49.12 at the Drake Relays for fourth-best time in school history • Finished fifth in the 1,500m at MVC Outdoor Championship • Placed 10th in his heat and 26th overall to pace three Braves in the field at the NCAA West Preliminary in the steeplechase.


2014-15 SEASON
Cross Country: Finished 45th at the MVC Cross Country Championship to help the Braves match their best finish (3rd) in the event with a season-best 8K time of 25:42.19 •
 
Indoor: Part of a school-record breaking distance medley relay team which won at the MVC Indoor Championship • Opened his track career with the fastest 800m time at Bradley since 1992 and set fifth-best time indoor times in both the 800m and mile in school history • Clocked fourth-best 3,000m time on the squad and seventh best in Bradley history during indoor season,
 
Outdoor: Finished seventh in the steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championship and posted third-best steeplechase time in school history • Took 12th at the European Junior Championships in the steeplechase during the 2015 summer.


HIGH SCHOOL
Represented Great Britain at the World Youth Championships  in both the 2,000 meters and steeplechase in 2013, finishing 14th • Also ran for England at the 2012 World Youth Championships in cross country and the steeplechase.


PERSONAL
The son of Janette and Andy Dunderdale, Haran was born in Grantham, England • Two siblings – Joe and Hannah • Earned his bachelor's degree in finance and pursuing his master's in business administration.
