2025-26 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in five meets during the 2025 season. Began the season with a first-place finish at the Fighting Illini Open, setting a new 6K career-best time of 17:23.5 for his third career cross country race win. Returned to action at the Bradley Pink Classic, finishing second in the 8K Red Race with a time of 23:43.78 to help the Braves win the team title. His time is the fastest by a Brave at the Pink Classic in the event's history. His two regular-season race performances earned him MVC Cross Country Runner of the Week. Won the 8K race at the MVC Cross Country Championships at 24:01.52, earning MVC Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Year and becoming the first Brave to win the MVC Championship race since Jake Hoffert in 2019. Finished 12th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 30:30.6 and became the first Brave to individually qualify for the NCAA Cross Country Championship race since Taylor Floyd Mews in 2017. Finished 87th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, running a career-best 29:31.3. Represented South Africa at the World Cross Country Championships in January 2026, finishing 59th against the world's best distance runners in the Men's Senior 10K race.

Indoor: Did not compete during the 2026 indoor season.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the 2026 outdoor season. Finished sixth in the 1500m at the WashU Distance Carnival with a time of 3:48.41. Set a new 10000m program record at the Stanford Invitational, running 28:25.07 to shatter his prior personal best by roughly 85 seconds. Clocked a 13:39.36 in the 5000m race at the Bryan Clay Invite, finishing just tenths of a second off of his personal best. Placed fourth in the 1500m at the Gary Wieneke Memorial, setting a new 1500m personal best of 3:45.24, the ninth-fastest time in program history. Took the silver medal in the 5000m Final at the MVC Championship to earn All-Conference honors in the event for the second straight year. Qualified for the NCAA West First Round in the 5000m and 10000m events. At the end of the regular season, his 5000m time ranked 77th nationally and his 10000m time ranked 34th nationally. Finished 18th in the 5000m Semifinal at 13:55.78 and 21st in the 10000m at 29:23.12, becoming the first Brave to compete in multiple disciplines at an NCAA meet since Michael Ward in 2017.

2024-25 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in five meets during the 2024 season. Placed in the top five overall in each of the first four meets of the season, beginning with a fifth-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational (18:01.3). Was the top-finishing Brave in each of the final four meets of the season, including a second-place finish in the 8K Red Race at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 23:46.08. The performance earned him MVC Runner of the Week. Placed third at the MVC Championship with a time of 23:25.0, setting a program record for the quickest 8K time and earning his second All-MVC honor. Placed 26th at the NCAA Midwest Regional, clocking in at 30:07.70.

Indoor: Competed in four meets during the 2025 indoor season. Began the season with a third-place finish in the Mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invite, clocking in at a career-best 4:06.80. Won the 3000m race at the Meyo Invite with a personal-best 8:04.71, ranking fourth all-time. Set a new 5000m program record at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, running 13:48.32 to register the second sub-14-minute 5000m time in program history. Won the 5000m MVC Championship with a time of 14:04.90 and placed third in the 3000m Final with a time of 8:12.97, earning All-Conference honors in each event.

Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the 2025 outdoor season. Placed tied for second in his lone 1500m appearance of the season, running a matching 3:46.74 at the WashU Distance Carnival with Caleb Lind. Broke the 5000m program record by 15 seconds at the Stanford Invitational, placing seventh with a time of 13:39.10. Followed his strong showing at Stanford with a 13:49.24, also in Stanford, three weeks later at the Payton Jordan Invite. Won the 5000m MVC Championship by over 13 seconds with a time of 14:14.13, pairing it with his Indoor 5000m MVC Title and earning All-MVC Track & Field honors for the fourth time in his career across indoor and outdoor.

2023-24 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the 2023 season. Was the top-finishing or second-best-finishing Brave in each meet he ran in during the Fall. Began his collegiate career with victories in the 6K race at the Western Illinois Alumni XC Invitational (18:08.5) and the 8K race at the Bradley Intercollegiate (24:04.1). Finished seventh at the Gans Creek Classic with a time of 24:12.6. Earned All-Conference honors as a freshman at the MVC Championship, finishing 10th. He was the only freshman to earn All-MVC honors and earned Freshman of the Year as a result.

Indoor: Competed in five meets during the 2024 indoor season. Ran a season-best 8:09.60 in the 3000m race at the Larry Wieczorek Invite, placing second. Notched top 10 finishes in his two Mile appearances, placing sixth at the Hawkeye Invite (4:08.40) and 10th at the Meyo Invite (4:08.31). Placed in point-scoring positions in his two MVC Championship races, finishing fourth with a time of 8:10.84 in the 3000m Final and seventh with a time of 14:25.33 in the 5000m Final. 

Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the 2024 outdoor season. Placed second in his 5000m section at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 14:01.65. Set his 5000m season-best at the Bryan Clay Invitational, clocking in at 13:54.43 while placing third in his heat. Finished fourth in the 5000m Open Race at the Drake Relays at 14:06.56. Earned his first All-MVC honor for Track & Field after placing second in the 10000m Final at the MVC Championship, running 29:49.02 -- a time good for the sixth-fastest in program history.
