Redshirt Senior (2015-16): First-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American and one of seven two-time Academic All-Americans in school history … Was the first male MVC runner to earn First-Team Academic All-America honors since 2009-10 … Used his final semester of eligibility during the cross country season … Placed eighth at the Bradley Intercollegiate … Ran a career-best 5 mile time of 25:10.8 to finish 106^th at the Notre Dame Invitational … Clocked a career-best 8K time of 24:46.8 at Pre-Nationals. 

Redshirt Junior (2014-15): Earned Third-Team Capital One Academic All-American honors to become first Bradley male cross country/track & field student-athlete to be named Academic All-American ...  Opened the 2014 cross country season with a career-best 6K time of 19:38 at the WIU Early Bird … Finished 35th at the MVC Cross Country Championship to help Bradley to a third-place finish … Clocked a career-best 10K (31:11.5) at the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 68th … His 10K time at the NCAA Regional ranks seventh at Bradley … Placed 12th in the 3,000 meters at the MVC Indoor Championship &15th in the 5,000 meters … His indoor 5,000 meter time of 14:59.85 is sixth all-time and owns 8th fastest 3,000 meters … Ran in the 5,000 & 10,000 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championship.

Redshirt Sophomore (2013-14): Won the individual title at the NIU Huskie Open with a career-best 5K time of 15:38.07 ... Also had career-best 5K, 8K & 10K times.

Sophomore (2012-13): Did not compete during the cross country or outdoor track seasons

Freshman (2011-12): Won his first collegiate meet, claiming the individual title at the Bradley Open with a time of 20 minutes flat ... Was Bradley's top finisher in four events ... Finished 10th at the Illinois Intercollegiates with a season-best 8K time of 25:06 ... His 8K time of 25:06 was the fastest 8K time at BU since Chris George at the 2005 State Farm MVC Championship ... Paced BU at the Bradley Classic, finishing 21st and was the top finisher at the MVC Championship, placing 29th.

High School: Four-time letterwinner in both cross country and track ... Was the Class 4A state champion in cross country as a junior ... Won the individual conference championship three consecutive seasons and was first in all but one race during the cross country regular season in 2010 ... Placed fifth out of over 500 competitors at the Roy Griak Invitational in Saint Paul, Minn. ... Was a three-time district champion ... Runner-up at the state championship as a senior ... Four-time all-conference performer and three-time all-state selection ... Earned Gatorade Iowa Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year each of his final two prep seasons ... Finished fourth in the 3,200 meters and sixth in the 1,600 meters at the state championship as a senior ... Named National Male Scholar Athlete of the Year for 2010-11 by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
