Set personal bests in each cross country discipline run during the season -- 4K (13:45.0), 3 Mile (16:39.0), 5K (17:21.2) and 6K (21:07.00). Indoor: Competed in three meets during the 2026 indoor season. Finished in fourth place in the 3000m race at the Larry Wieczorek Invite, running a 10:03.74. Set a new personal best in the 10000m event at the Meyo Invitational, clocking a 16:56.91. Outdoor: Competed in two meets during the 2026 outdoor season. She finished 11th in her collegiate debut at the Bradley Intercollegiate, completing the three-mile race in 17:50.7. She finished 27th in her first Missouri Valley Conference Championship, the sixth-best time among the Braves. Balzer ran at the NCAA Midwest Regional, where she finished 103rd out of 230 runners. Indoor: Competed in five meets during the 2025 indoor season. Her best 3000m performance of the season came at Iowa's Larry Wieczorek Invitational, bringing home first place in her race in 10:03.57.
