Kyle Dillon

A Maryland native, Dillon was named Director of Operations in September 2019 and is in his third year with the Braves.

Dillon oversees the team’s travel and camps in addition to supervising the team’s managers and practice players along with assisting with administrative duties.  He came to The Hilltop after spending the last two years as Director of Operations at College of Charleston.

His first year at Bradley resulted in a 22-7 overall record, with the Braves posting school records for both overall (22) and MVC (13) wins in the shortened campaign.  In fact, BU boasted a school record three First-Team All-MVC honorees in 2019-20.

In 2020-21, the Braves made the first NCAA Tournament appearance in program history after capturing the team’s first MVC Tournament title.  Having never reached the MVC Tournament Championship game before, Bradley punched its ticket to the 2020-21 NCAA Tournament with a 78-70 comeback victory over Drake and ended up facing Texas in the first round.

During his time with the Cougars, Dillon handled team travel and also assisted with the team’s scheduling and community service efforts.  He also oversaw Charleston’s camps and equipment during his tenure with the Cougars.

A 2015 South Carolina graduate with a degree in Sport & Entertainment Management, Dillon also earned his master’s degree from South Carolina in the same area.  He was part of South Carolina’s 2017 National Championship team, serving as a post-graduate intern with the squad, where he helped with team operations.  Dillon also spent time as a student manager and practice player for the Gamecocks as an undergraduate.
