Tatum Koenig

Tatum Koenig

Tatum Koenig enters her second year as the Director of Scouting and Recruiting for Bradley Women’s Basketball, returning to the Hilltop where she left a lasting impact as a student-athlete. In her role, Koenig leads scouting coordination, recruiting logistics, and player evaluation efforts—bringing both a high basketball IQ and firsthand knowledge of the program’s culture and expectations.

A four-year starter for the Braves from 2018–2022, Koenig was the floor general during one of the most successful eras in program history. She started 99 of her 116 career games, helping guide Bradley to a program-record 22 wins in 2019–20, the program’s first-ever MVC Tournament title, and its first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2021. She finished her Bradley career ranked third all-time in minutes played (3,555), fourth in assists (361), and ninth in made three-pointers (144).

After completing her eligibility with a graduate season at UW-Green Bay, Koenig went on to play professionally in Germany. A native of West Branch, Iowa, she brings a deep understanding of the collegiate game, a player’s perspective on development, and a relentless approach to scouting and recruiting that enhances the future of Bradley Women’s Basketball.
