Bradley’s active career scoring leader (753 points), Flanagan was second on the team in scoring last year and will again be one of the team’s top offensive threats ... Her excellent range and ability to drive, allow her to score from anywhere on the floor ... A versatile athlete, she has the ability to play a variety of positions including point and off-guard in addition to playing on the wing ... Needs 247 points to become the 14th player in program history with 1,000 career points ... Also ranks as the team’s active career leader in games played (84), assists (198), blocked shots (28) and steals (108) ... Enters her final season on The Hilltop 28th in career scoring at Bradley.

 

2006-07 (Junior)

Appeared in all 31 games, staring all but one ... Led the squad in minutes played and ranked second on the team in scoring (10.6 points per game), assists (90) and blocked  shots (14) ... Was third in steals (41) and fourth in rebounding at 4.3 boards per game ... Opened the season strong averaging 17.0 points per game over the first three games ... Scored in double figures in 13 of the first 18 games and was averaging 13.2 points per game, before cooling off a bit down the stretch ... Tied a career high with 25 points on 10-of-19 shooting to go along with 10 rebounds, five assists and two blocked shots in the Braves 76-68 win at Missouri State ... Led the team in scoring seven times, including a 20-point effort on 8-of-16 shooting at Eastern Illinois ... Dished out a career-best eight assists against Wichita State to go along with 17 points on 6-of-9 from the field ... Averaged 9.8 points per game and owned a 5.2 rebounds-per-game-average in Missouri Valley Conference play ... Led the team with a 3.22 assists-per-game average in Valley play ... 2005-06 (Sophomore)

Bradley’s top scorer at 11.2 points per game, she played in all but one game and started 24 contests ... Also led the team in minutes per game and made three-pointers, connecting on 34 trey’s ... Was fourth on the team in rebounding at 4.7 boards per game ... Reached double figures in scoring 15 times ... Torched Miami for a career-best 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for her first career double-double ... Ranked seventh in the conference, shooting 36.6 percent from three-point range ... Closed the season strong, averaging 14.2 points and shooting 50.8 percent (33-for-65) over the final six games, including 50 percent from three-point range (10-of-20) ... Scored in spurts, tallying four different streaks of scoring in double figures ... Ranked third on the team with 55 assists and her 41 steals was good for second on the squad ... Made 20 of her final 50 three-point attempts after starting out the season 14-for-43 (.326).

 

2004-05 (Freshman)

Played in all but two games as a true freshman, missing a pair of games to end the regular-season due to injury ... Scored eight points on 3-of-5 shooting and dished out three assists in her debut ... Ranked third on the team in assists (53) and fourth in steals (26) ... Improved her scoring to 5.1 points per game in conference play ... Scored a season-high 13 points on 5-of-9 shooting, including 3-for-4 from three-point range, against Indiana State ... Had two outings with six assists and just one turnover, vs. Western Illinois and at Saint Louis ... Scored in double figures four times, including twice against Evansville ... Averaged 10.5 points on 3.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and hit 6-of-9 shots in the two meetings with the Purple Aces ... Made first career start in Bradley’s 68-42 road win at Southern Illinois ... Started a total of three games and played the most minutes of any of the Braves reserves, averaging 17.6 per contest.

 

High School

Led Riverton High School to a 62-6 (.912) record and a pair of IHSA Class A quarterfinal appearances in her final two seasons with the Hawks ... Riverton finished with a 33-1 record when Flanagan was a junior and 29-5 mark her senior season ... Earned Illinois Basketball Coaches’ Association first-team all-state honors as a senior and was also named to the IBCA Class A All-Star team following her junior and senior seasons ... Averaged 20.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 4.4 steals per game as a senior ... Shot 46 percent from the field and 39 percent from beyond the three-point arc in 2003-04 ... Garnered first-team all-state honors from the Associated Press, Chicago Sun-Times and Champaign News Gazette and was a first-team all-conference pick ... Named the honorary captain of the State Journal-Register All-Area Girl’s Basketball team, she finished her career as the second all-time leading scorer in Riverton High School with 1,950 career points ... She also dished out 692 career assists which ranks as the seventh highest career assist total in IHSA history ... Had 33 points and 12 rebounds in Riverton’s IHSA quarterfinal loss to Chicago Hope ... Also earned four letters in soccer, capturing all-state and all-conference honors ... Scored 109 goals during her high school career which is tied for the 20th best career total in IHSA history.

The daughter of William and Robin Flanagan, Devyn was born Sept. 5, 1985 in Springfield, Ill. ... Has two brothers, Ryan (22) and Sean (17) ... Double majoring in criminal justice and sociology ... Named to the Bradley Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in two of her six semesters at Bradley.
