Erin Scott

Erin Scott was named as the 12th head coach in Bradley Women's Tennis history on June 6, 2025.

Scott arrives after seven successful seasons leading the Stephen F. Austin Women’s Tennis program, where she guided the Ladyjacks to 72 victories. Under her leadership, the program captured the 2025 Southland Conference Tournament Championship—their first in over a decade—and earned an automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament. Her 2025 squad posted 17 wins—the most in a season since 2013—including eight in conference play, and clinched a share of the regular-season conference title for the first time since 2015.

Scott coached nine student-athletes to all-conference honors during her tenure at Stephen F. Austin, including four first-team selections and a second-team pick in 2025. Her commitment to academic excellence was equally evident, with her teams earning 12 academic all-conference honors through 2024.

Before her time in Nacogdoches, Scott served as head coach at UTSA from 2006 to 2018, leading the Roadrunners to 116 victories and 10 conference tournament appearances. Under her guidance, 12 UTSA student-athletes earned all-conference recognition, while 16 were named to academic all-conference teams.

Scott began her coaching career as an assistant at the University of Wisconsin from 2003 to 2006. During her tenure, the Badgers reached back-to-back NCAA Tournaments in 2004 and 2005, achieving a top-50 national ranking and finishing the 2005 season ranked No. 34 in the country.

A former standout collegiate player, Scott (née Boisclair) began her career at Florida before transferring to Washington, where she served as co-captain and helped the Huskies to a second-place finish in the Pac-10 and a sixth-place national finish at the NCAA Championships. She ended the 2002–03 season ranked No. 61 nationally in singles and lost only one dual match that season.

Originally from Agoura Hills, California, Scott and her fiancé, Austen Childs, are the proud parents of four sons: Easton, Ryder, Luke, and Jude.Â
