Matt Manley enters his fourth season with Bradley Women’s Basketball and his second as the program’s Director of Basketball Operations. In this role, he oversees team logistics, travel coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day program operations, while also supporting the staff in film preparation and student-athlete support.
Manley joined the Braves in 2022 as Video Coordinator before being elevated to Director of Basketball Operations ahead of the 2023–24 season. Prior to Bradley, he served as a graduate assistant with the women’s basketball team at Mount Vernon Nazarene, where he also led the junior varsity program. During his time there, he worked with multiple All-Conference players, including honorable mention NAIA All-American Maggie Coe.
A native of Ohio, Manley earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State in 2020 and completed his master’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene in 2022. His background also includes experience with the Youngstown State Men’s Basketball program and a stint as Assistant Athletic Director at Leetonia Exempted Village Schools. Manley brings a strong administrative skill set, a passion for program-building, and a commitment to the student-athlete experience.
