SANTA CLAUS TO MAKE APPEARANCE AT CARVER ARENA SATURDAY NIGHT

Before Santa Claus begins his annual trek around the world delivering Christmas gifts, he will make an appearance at Carver Arena Saturday night prior to Bradley's men's basketball game versus Southern Miss.  The Bradley Department of Athletics has made special arrangements with Santa, who will visit with fans throughout the Carver Arena concourse for the hour leading up to the 7:05 p.m. game before he returns to the North Pole for his final Christmas preparations.

 

SATURDAY NIGHT TICKET OPTIONS

The Bradley University Department of Athletics is running two ticket promotions for Saturday night's men's basketball game versus Southern Miss.  The second game of Bradley's Holiday Ticket Special, fans may purchase seats in the Priority III and Priority IV sections for half price, $6 and $4, respectively.  In addition, Saturday will be Bradley's second Military Appreciation Game at Carver Arena and the school will allow active members of the military and their immediate families to obtain complimentary tickets for the game against the Golden Eagles.  Both ticket options are available only at the Robertson Field House Box Office and military members and families must present an active military ID card to take advantage of the offer.  The Bradley Ticket Office in Robertson Fieldhouse will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and the ticket office phone number is (309) 677-2625.

 

TICKET OFFICE WILL CLOSE FOR THE HOLIDAY

Open during traditional business hours Friday, the Bradley Athletics Ticket Office in Robertson Fieldhouse will be closed for the holidays until Dec. 29.

 

BRADLEY PLANNING A SECOND IOWA BUS TRIP

The Bradley Department of Athletics is planning a second fan bus trip to Des Moines for a men's basketball game.  Having already run a trip to Des Moines for last weekend's game versus Iowa State, Bradley is planning a second trip to Iowa's capital city for the Jan. 6 game versus Missouri Valley Conference rival Drake.  The bus(es) will depart Robertson Fieldhouse Jan. 6 at 1 p.m.and will return immediately following the 7 p.m. game against the Bulldogs.  The cost for the trip is $60, which includes the game ticket.  Advance reservations are required by Dec. 29 by contacting the Bradley Ticket Office at (309) 677-2625.

 

EARLY BIRD ARCH MADNESS DEADLINE APPROACHING

Bradley's deadline to purchase tickets for the 2007 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament at a reduced rate is rapidly approaching.  Regular all-session tickets for the 10-team championship are $90, but fans purchasing their tickets from Bradley by Jan. 3 may receive their all-session tickets for just $75.  Last year's State Farm MVC Tournament featured record-breaking crowds and the 2007 event, which will be contested March 1-4 at the Scottrade Center in downtown St. Louis, is expected to again produce record crowds.  For more information or to purchase tickets, contact the Bradley Ticket Office in Robertson Fieldhouse (309-677-2625).
