Toledo, Ohio ? Senior Ashley Morris (Barrington, Ill./Barrington) forced a third set at No. 2 singles but the Braves could never get untracked in a 7-0 defeat at the hands of the Bowling Green Falcons at the Shadow Valley Tennis and Fitness Center Saturday in Toledo, Ohio.

Morris started out well enough, claiming the opening set, 7-5, over Jenna Nussbaum at No. 2 singles but, lost out in a tiebreaker, 10-4, as the Braves struggled.

No other Brave could scratch out a set against the MAC opponent as the Falcons cruised to their second straight home win.

Junior Teri Chan (Gurnee, Ill./Warren Township) and freshman Kim Braun (Racine, Wis./The Prairie School) came up just shy at No. 2 doubles, falling 8-6 to Heidi Romar and Kelsey Jackupcin.

The loss evens the Bradley record at 1-1 on the season.  The Braves have a quick turnaround in Ohio as they face the University of Toledo on Sunday at Shadow Valley.
