MILWAUKEE (AP) -Tone Boyle scored 24 points to lead Wisconsin-Milwaukee past Bradley 86-74 in a non-conference game Saturday night.
Avery Smith added 21 and Ricky Franklin had 13 to help Milwaukee (6-5) snap a nine-game losing streak to foes from the Missouri Valley Conference.
Theron Wilson scored 16 for Bradley (5-5). Dodie Dunson came off the bench to add 14, Eddren McCain 12 and Sam Maniscalco had 9 before fouling out with 1:53 left.
Bradley, trailing 50-32 at halftime, narrowed the Panthers' lead to 70-64 on Maniscalco's 3-pointer before Milwaukee made 11 free throws, including six by Boyle, in the final four minutes to seal the victory.
