OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -Creighton and Bradley played 90 minutes and scored 221 combined points at Qwest Center Omaha Saturday just to decide which jerseys they'll wear when they meet again Friday in the opening round of the Missouri Valley Conference tournament in St. Louis.

Cavel Witter doubled his career-high with 42 points, and scored the last 10 for the Bluejays in double overtime to lead Creighton to a 111-110 victory.

The win clinched the fourth seed for the Jays (20-9, 10-8) for the upcoming MVC tourney, as well as their 10th consecutive 20-win season.

The Braves (17-14, 9-9), who beat Creighton by 28 points two weeks ago, had a chance to win the game at the buzzer in regulation and both overtime periods. Theron Wilson was called for an offensive foul as time expired the first time, Daniel Ruffin missed in overtime and Sam Singh came up short at the final horn.

Bradley scored the first nine points of the game and led by as many as 12 before intermission. The Jays responded with a 26-7 run to lead 41-34 at the break. They pushed their lead to 17 early in the second half.

But Bradley rallied with 12 straight points to get back in the game.

Ruffin and Jeremy Crouch, who had career highs with 30 and 29 points, respectively, led a second-half charge that saw the Braves score on 11 consecutive possessions at one point.

However, Witter always had an answer for Creighton, scoring 32 points after halftime.
