PEORIA, Ill. - Bradley Basketball fans that did not make the trip from Central Illinois to Las Vegas for the 2009 HoopTV Las Vegas Invitational will have several options for viewing the evening session games both Friday and Saturday nights.
In addition to the previously announced Braves Club Vegas Viewing Parties at the Michel Student Center, Bradley corporate partners Buffalo Wild Wings, Kouri's Pub in Peoria and Kouri's Pub in Pekin all will be showing the games live from the Orleans Arena. Bradley (3-1) will take on Oklahoma State (4-0) Friday night at 7 o'clock, followed by Illinois (4-0) versus Utah (2-2) at 9:30. Friday night's two losers will play in the consolation final Saturday at 7 o'clock, followed by the championship game between Friday's two winners Saturday night at 9:30.
Current Braves Club members, as well as Bradley University faculty, staff and students - all with valid identification - may attend the Braves Club Viewing Party free of charge Friday and Saturday nights at the Michel Student Center Ballroom, where the games will be shown on three projection screens. Admission for the general public will be $10. Doors will open at 6:30. Pretzels and popcorn will be provided and a cash bar will be available.
Buffalo Wild Wings in East Peoria and at the Shoppes at Grand Prairie, as well as both Kouri's Pub locations in Peoria and Pekin, also will be showing the games in their dining areas.
