PEORIA, Ill. -- As the Missouri Valley Conference continues to solidify its in-house and ESPN network telecasts, Bradley's 2009-10 men's basketball schedule has moved closer to a final version. Bradley's conference schedule will include four regional and national television appearances, including the visit to arch rival Illinois State Jan. 30 and both games against defending league champion Northern Iowa.
Bradley's Jan. 12 visit to UNI will be televised nationally on ESPNU, a premium ESPN network focused on college athletics. Bradley's first appearance on the MVC-TV Network will be Jan. 30 when the Braves visit Illinois State for the first half of the Interstate 74 Rivalry series. The road game Feb. 6 at Evansville and the return game against UNI Feb. 13 at Carver Arena also will be televised on the MVC-TV Network, which typically includes Fox Sports Midwest, Comcast SportsNet Chicago, Fox Sports Indiana, Fox Sports Kansas City and Metro Sports in Kansas City
Due to the availability of Carver Arena, Bradley's annual game in the BracketBusters series will be played Feb. 20 against an opponent that will be announced in early February. The BracketBusters game time will be determined by television after the announcement of Bradley's opponent.
