DALLAS - Tulsa scored twice in the second half, including the game-winner by Jose Parada in the 87th minute, as the Golden Hurricane (3-3-1) rallied for a 2-1 win against #28 Bradley (4-2-1) in the third-place game of the Prego Express Italian Invitational at SMU's Westcott Field Sunday afternoon.

Bradley senior forward Chris Cutshaw gave the Braves an early lead by sliding across the goal mouth to knock in his seventh goal of the season for a 1-0 advantage in the 11th minute.  Fellow seniors Justin Bigelow and Grant Campbell combined set up the early strike.  Cutshaw continues to maintain his status as the Missouri Valley Conference active leader in goals and points, moving into sole possession of fourth place on Bradley's career list with his 28th career tally and increasing his career points total to 66.

Cutshaw just missed on a chance to spot the Braves a 2-0 lead in the 27th minute, but with Tulsa keeper Andy Aguilar caught out of position, a Golden Hurricane defender managed to knock Cutshaw's attempt off the line.

After Drew Van Kampen saved Tulsa's only shot on goal of the first half in the 29th minute, the Golden Hurricane did not manage another shot the rest of the half.

Tulsa came out strong to start the second half, however, and after missing the target on two shots in the first four minutes, the Golden Hurricane got the equalizer in the 52nd minute on a blast by Ashley McInnes.  The game continued in a back-and-forth fashion and it appeared the teams were headed for extra time until Parada broke away on a Tulsa counter following a Bradley free kick to earn the winner.  Corey Albertson sprung Parada, who beat Van Kampen after his long run to net the winner with just 3-minutes, 9-seconds remaining.

After coming up empty in its weekend trip to Dallas against a pair of former Valley rivals, Bradley will return home for its non-conference finale Friday night by hosting Central Arkansas in a 7 p.m. kickoff at Shea Stadium.  The Bears are coached by former Bradley assistant Chad Flanders.
