The Storyline
Bradley will play the middle game in a quick, season-opening three-game home stand Tuesday when it hosts in-state rival Northern Illinois Tuesday night at Carver Arena ... After opening the season with a 66-55 win against Texas A&M-Kingsville Friday night in the first round of the Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament, the Braves will resume tourney action with a second-round game Wednesday night at Carver Arena ... Bradley has not played home games on consecutive days since downing Indiana State (93-74) in the quarterfinals and Creighton (101-77) in the semis of the 1988 Missouri Valley Conference Tournament at Carver Arena.

The Series
Bradley has won eight straight versus Northen Illinois to take an 8-1 lead in the all-time series ... The teams first met Dec. 16, 1921 at Hewitt Gymnasium, but did not meet again until Dec. 13, 1966.

November Streak
With three November home games still ahead, Bradley will enter Tuesday's tilt versus Northern Illinois riding a 19-game November home winning streak ... Head coach Jim Les sports a 20-1 record in November home games, falling onlt to Chattanooga, 82-70, in his third game at Bradley Nov. 30, 2002 ... The Braves are 48-2 all-time in November home games, 38-2 at Carver Arena, with the only other loss coming to #15 Illinois, 72-62, Nov. 22, 1999.
