PEORIA, Ill. -- Friday's Missouri Valley Conference series opener against I-74 rival Illinois State has been postponed due to inclement weather in the Peoria area.  The Braves and Redbirds will now play a doubleheader Saturday at 2 p.m. at O'Brien Field and conclude the series Sunday with a single game at 1 p.m.

Bradley and Illinois State were schedule to open a three-game Valley series Friday at 6 p.m. in the first of a season-long, eight-game homestand for the Braves.
