PEORIA, Ill. -- The Bradley women's golf team ranked third in the nation among all collegiate golf programs and second among NCAA Division I squads with a 3.819 team grade point average for the 2010-11 academic year according to an announcement by the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA).
Five of the six team members earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average during the 2011 spring semester and combined for a Bradley team record 3.855 semester GPA. "Our team demonstrated tremendous dedication to their academic and athletic goals during the 2010-2011 season," second-year Bradley women's golf head coach Mary Moan said. "I couldn't be more proud of their accomplishments in the classroom and on the course."
