WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – The second game of the Bradley-Dartmouth series at the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational scheduled for Friday afternoon at Chain of Lakes Park was rained out and will be made up as part of a Saturday doubleheader between the two programs.
Dartmouth (10-1) snapped Bradley's 6-game winning streak with an 11-8 decision Thursday afternoon in the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational. Sophomore lefthander David Koll (1-1) is scheduled to start Saturday's opener for the Braves (9-10), while sophomore righthander Stephen Toma (1-0) is slated to start the nightcap.
Saturday's doubleheader will conclude Bradley's participation in the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational. The Braves, who have played all 19 games to date this season away from home, will visit Southern Illinois-Edwardsville for a 6 p.m. game Wednesday, before making their home debut in the Missouri Valley Conference opener versus Evansville Friday night at Peoria Chiefs Stadium.
