TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Dallas Baptist held off Bradley, 6-5, in the resumption of Wednesday night's suspended game and the Braves (24-26) will face sixth-seeded Missouri State (24-30) in a Bracket B elimination game at 1:37 p.m. CST Thursday in the Missouri Valley Conference Baseball Championship.

Once Wednesday's game resumed Thursday, Spencer Gaa immediately pulled the Braves within 6-5 with a RBI single to center field.  The Braves just missed tying the game in the eighth when DH Greg Partyka lined a shot down the right field line that just hooked inside the foul pole.  Closer Brandon Koch retired the Braves in order in the ninth to put the Patriots in the Bracket B championship.  The winner of today's Bradley-Missouri State game will need to beat Dallas Baptist twice Friday in order to advance to Saturday night's tournament championship game.
