PEORIA, Ill. - As the Bradley Basketball staff hits the recruiting trail, head coach Geno Ford has announced a re-structuring of the coaching staff.

As he begins his third year on Bradley's staff, Ronald Coleman has been tabbed Assistant Head Coach, while fourth year Bradley assistant Jaden Uken has been appointed Recruiting Coordinator. The two moves come on the heels of Cole Pittis' promotion last month from Director of Operations to Assistant Coach and Thursday's addition of JayDee Luster as the new Director of Operations.

"I am pleased to announce our staff re-structuring for this season," said Ford. "The staff has done a great job and both Coaches Coleman and Uken are deserving of their title changes."

Coleman has been a fast-riser through the college basketball coaching ranks and his promotion to Assistant Head Coach comes just two years after joining the Braves and three seasons after entering the college game as an assistant at Colorado State for the 2011-12 season. The native Chicagoan has spear-headed Bradley's efforts to re-establish its recruiting ties in the Windy City and those efforts have helped the Braves welcome five Chicago prospects in the last two recruiting cycles.

After serving the previous three seasons as Director of Operations on Ford's Kent State staff from 2008-11, Uken joined Ford's first staff at Bradley as an assistant coach in 2010.

Together, Coleman and Uken helped Bradley to one of the nation's top turnarounds during the 2012-13 season, culminating with a third-round appearance in the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament. Their efforts also helped Bradley land a star-studded recruiting class for the 2014-15 season that includes a consensus Top 100 high school recruit (Josh Cunningham), a junior college All-American (Tramique Sutherland) and a pair of NJCAA All-Region first-team selections (Kendahl Amerson and Jermaine Morgan).
