PEORIA, Ill. - Inclement weather that is wreaking havoc throughout the country is forcing changes to this weekend's Bradley-Southeast Missouri State baseball series, orginally scheduled to be played Friday, Saturday and Sunday at SEMO.

With last weekend's snow still on the ground and more in the forecast, the teams are moving the series to the Major League Baseball Urban Youth Academy in New Orleans for a single game Friday and a doubleheader Saturday. Friday's series opener is slated for 11 a.m. and Saturday's twinbill is set for a noon start.

Bradley (5-1) will bring a streak of 28.1 innings of scorless pitching into Friday's series opener after the Braves blanked host McNeese State in all three games of last weekend's series in Louisiana.

The Braves own a 6-5 lead in the all-time series against Southeast Missouri State, most-recently sweeping a 3-game series March 5-6, 2005. All 11 games in the series have been played in Cape Girardeau.
