PEORIA, Ill. – In addition to helping anchor the back row defense for Bradley volleyball over the past few seasons, junior defensive specialist/libero Kayla Rymer (New Berlin, Wis./Catholic Memorial) and senior defensive specialist/libero Lea Sack (Lincoln, Neb./Pius X) have both been active off the court with the duo making foreign service trips earlier this summer.

Both Rymer and Sack made a trip to the Dominican Republic, while Rymer also made a service trip with her family to Costa Rica.  Rymer and her family recently returned from a trip to San Jose, Costa Rica, where she and her family helped build homes for families in need.

In June, the health science majors traveled to the Dominican Republic where the duo helped provide physical therapy in nursing homes in addition to helping with construction of a hospital during their trip.

Dave Snell recently caught up with Rymer and Sack to recap their experiences in the attached video piece.
