It's that time again. With the calendar shifted to November, it's time for fans to vote for which Brave they believe had the best month of October.

Sophomore Drake Bushong of the men's golf team, freshman Taylor Ledwein of the women's golf team, junior Michael Ward of the men's cross country team and junior Hannah Witczak of the women's cross country teams are the four nominees for Bradley Athlete of the Month in October.

Each month, fans have the opportunity to vote for which Brave had the best month in their respective sport. Voting is open until Friday at noon and will be conducted through the @BradleyBraves twitter account.

Drake Bushong • So. • Men's Golf • Pekin, Ill.
• Won medalist honors at the Zach Johnson Invitational and was named MVC Golfer of the Week
• Posted a team-best 73.17 average in six rounds during the month of October
• Tied for 11th at the NIU Intercollegiate to wrap up the fall

Taylor Ledwein • Fr. • Women's Golf • New Prauge, Minn.
• Led Bradley in two of three outings in October, including a 6th-place finish at MVC Preview
• Averaged 75.78 per round in nine rounds
• Her 220 at the MVC Preview is the 2nd lowest 54-hole total by a Braves freshman and tied for and tied for the 14th lowest in school history
• Finished the fall with a team-best 75.94 average and three top-10 finishes

Michael Ward • Jr • Men's Cross Country • Cardiff, South Wales
• Led the Braves to the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Championship, winning the title for the second-straight season
• Placed second at the conference meet – the highest finish by a Brave in 51 years – while earning first-team All-Missouri Valley Conference accolades
• Also led the Braves to an eighth-place finish at Pre-Nationals with an individual finish of 16th – a 59-rank improvement from last season
• Helped the Braves defeat two nationally-ranked schools (and three receiving votes) at Pre-Nationals as Bradley earned votes in the USTFCCCA National Poll for the first time in school history
• Collected MVC Athlete of the Week honors on Oct. 18

Hannah Witczak • Jr. • Women's Cross Country • Chicago, Ill.
• Finished fifth at the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Championship, earning first-team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors
• Helped lead the Braves to a second-place finish at the MVC meet – the fourth-straight year the Braves ranked in the top two
• Placed 15th at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 21:17.7 – the eighth-fastest time by a Brave on a 6K course in school history
