EIGHTH ANNUAL DANNY DAHLQUIST MEMORIAL GAME
For the third time in the event's eight-year history, Notre Dame visits for Bradley Soccer's Danny Dahlquist Memorial Game, a tribute to the fallen Brave who died days before the start of his redshirt freshman season in 2007 ... Notre Dame played in the inaugural Danny Dahlquist Memorial Game in 2009 when the game debuted as a spring exhibition and again in 2014 when the exhibition game was moved into August to kick off the championship season ... Additional participants in the Danny Dahlquist Memorial Game have included Louisville (2010), Michigan State (2011), Kentucky (2012), Northwestern (2013) and Creighton (2015), as well as the women's teams from Illinois State and Creighton.

SERIES HISTORY

In addition to the two previous meetings in the Danny Dahlquist Memorial Game, Bradley and Notre Dame have met five times in the regular season and the Fighting Irish lead the official series by a 3-2-0 edge ... All five regular-season games were played in a 6-year window from 2000-05 ... Bradley scored eight goals to win two of the first three meetings, but Notre Dame blanked the Braves in the last two regular-season meetings in 2003 (2-0) and 2005 (1-0) in South Bend ... Both of the regular-season home games against Notre Dame were played at Morton's McClallen Park, where Bradley answered a 3-2 loss in 2001 with a 3-2 victory in 2002.

Aug. 19, 2014:  Bradley 2, #1 Notre Dame 2 (Danny Dahlquist Memorial Game)
