The Bradley men's basketball team makes its Carver Arena debut for the 2017-18 season with its final exhibition game against Robert Morris (Chicago). Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
 

EXHIBITION HISTORY
• Wednesday's game versus Robert Morris marks Bradley's 84th exhibition contest all time.
• The Braves own a 67-16 (.807) all-time record in exhibition games, including a 29-3 (.906) record against other college programs.
• Bradley head coach Brian Wardle is 9-0 in exhibition games with a 5-0 mark at Green Bay and four wins in his first three seasons at Bradley.
 

SERIES HISTORY
• The Braves and Eagles are meeting for the first time on the basketball court, having never met before in regular season or exhibition action.
 

ABOUT THE EAGLES
• Ranked 12th in the NAIA Preseason Coaches Poll, the Eagles went 25-7 a year ago, advancing to the second round of the NAIA Tournament.
• The Eagles, however, lost their top four scorers from a year ago with Dallis Flowers representing the top returner with 6.5 points per game.
• Othyus Jeffers in his first season leading the RMU program as head coach.
 

BROWN PRESEASON ALL-MVC
• After one of the best freshman seasons in Bradley history, sophomore Darrell Brown was named to the MVC Preseason Second Team.
• Brown is the only underclassmen on the two combined teams, which also features nine seniors and two juniors.
• Brown is the first Bradley honoree on the MVC Preseason Team since Taylor Brown prior to the 2013-14 campaign.
• Overall, Bradley was slated to finish seventh in the annual MVC preseason poll.
 

2016-17 RECAP
• A young Bradley team made progress during the 2016-17 campaign.
• The Braves finished tied for sixth in the MVC standings with 2017-18 preseason favorite, Missouri State. The sixth-place finish is the best for BU since 2009-10 when the team tied for fifth.
• Overall, the Braves were 13-20 a season ago with a 7-11 mark against MVC schools.
 

RETURNING EXPERIENCE
• The Braves are hoping that having the nation's youngest team in 2015-16 and the fourth-youngest last season will pay off this year.
• Bradley returns 11 letterwinners and all five starters from last season with 96.8 percent of its points, 95.4 percent of its rebounds and 98.4 percent of its assists back from last year.
• The Braves easily have the most experienced roster returning in the MVC this season as the league average is 57.2 percent of points, 59.8 percent of rebounds and 56.9 percent of assists.
 

RARE NATIONAL COMPANY
• Not only does Bradley feature the highest rate of return this year in the MVC, but the Braves rank among the nation's most experienced schools.
• BU is one of just four schools in the country to return at least 90 percent of its points, rebounds and assists this year, joining preseason No. 8 Wichita State, No. 11 Southern Cal and Colgate.
• Overall, Bradley is just one of 15 schools nationally returning at least 70 percent of its points, rebounds and assists from last year.
