PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Women's Basketball will play three of the final five regular-season games at Renaissance Coliseum and several promotions are planned for this weekend's two-game home stand.
Fans are encouraged to wear pink to Friday's 7 p.m. game against Missouri State, which will be Bradley's annual Play4Kay game to help raise awareness of breast cancer. In addition to the Play4Kay event, the Red Sea will be handing out free t-shirts to Bradley students in attendance.
Sunday's 2 p.m. matchup with Wichita State includes a special promotion from Hy-Vee in addition to a free post-game youth clinic.
Former Bradley women's basketball player and Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian Brooke Bisping will help assist as the Braves try to break the world record for most people simultaneously making sandwiches. Hy-Vee will provide kits for everyone to make a sandwich at halftime of the game against the Shockers.
Following Sunday's game, the Braves will host a free post-game youth clinic at Renaissance Coliseum open to children (K - 8th grade). Bradley women's basketball players and coaches will provide instruction at the clinic. No pre-registration is necessary, but participants are asked to wear active wear and gym shoes.
