ABOUT THE BRAVES
• Bradley earned a 79-72 victory against Drake on Saturday to snap a six-game losing streak.
• The Braves are now 4-8 in MVC play this season and are 9-16 overall.
• Freshman Darrell Brown leads Bradley with 12.8 points per game and 68 assists, while junior JoJo McGlaston is second on the team with 8.4 points per game.
• Junior Donte Thomas leads the Braves with 6.2 rebounds per game, including a mark of 7.4 in conference play.
• As a team, Bradley is making 42.4 percent of its field goals with a 36.0 percent 3-point mark.

SERIES HISTORY
• In 86 all-time meetings between the Braves and Sycamores, Bradley holds a 51-35 advantage in the series.
• The Braves own a convincing edge in Peoria with a 33-9 advantage against the Sycamores. Indiana State, however, has won three of its last six at Carver Arena with the Braves snapping a two-game home losing streak last year, 63-58.
• Earlier this season, Indiana State used a strong shooting first half to race to a 24-point lead before holding off a late BU rally for an 81-71 win.
• Overall, the Sycamores have won 11 of the last 14 meetings between the two schools.

ABOUT THE SYCAMORES
• Indiana State is tied for ninth in The Valley standings with a 2-10 conference mark. Overall, the Sycamores are 8-16 this season.
• The Sycamores have split their last two games, earning an 85-84 overtime win against Evansville last Wednesday before a narrow defeat at Northern Iowa on Saturday, 65-60.
• Brenton Scott leads ISU with 16.9 points per game but the Braves held him without a point in the first meeting this season.
• Everett Clemons is second with 9.6 points per game, while leading ISU with 5.8 rebounds and 116 total assists.
• The Sycamores are shooting 41.5 percent as a team this season with a 34.7 clip from 3-point range.

ON THIS DATE
Record on Feb. 8: 17-7
Feb. 8 Highlight: Leon Hall scored his only basket of the game with two seconds left to lift the Braves to a 76-74 victory against No. 4 Wichita State on Feb. 8, 1964. Ed Jackson led Bradley with 23 points as BU earned its third top-10 victory of the season en route to winning the 1964 NIT Championship.

40-PERCENT DEFENSE
• The key for the Braves this season is to hold their opponent to under 40 percent shooting.
• In all four of the team's MVC wins, the Braves have held their opponent to under 40 percent shooting and in eight of their nine wins overall this season.
• However, in all eight conference losses, the team's opponent has made at least 42 percent of its baskets.
• Overall, foes are shooting just 31.0 percent in BU's four MVC wins and 48.7 percent in its eight defeats.

McGLASTON EQUALS VICTORIES
• One other key to success in conference games is to get junior JoJo McGlaston involved.
• In the team's four MVC wins, McGlaston is averaging 13.3 points per game, shooting 55.2 percent and 42.9 percent from 3-point range.
• However, in the team's eight losses, the junior is averaging just 5.0 points, with a 31.7 percent field goal range and 31.6 clip from beyond the arc.
• McGlaston has scored at least nine points in all four of the team's MVC wins but has hit the mark just once in its eight losses.
• Overall, McGlaston is averaging 8.4 points per game and 7.8 in conference action.

SECOND-HALF BLUES
• The first half and second half have been two different stories for the Braves the last four games.
• Bradley has outscored its opponent in the first 20 minutes, 31.5 to 28.3. However, the Braves have lost the second half by a 44.5 to 29.3 margin.
• Defense has been the biggest factor as Bradley is allowing teams to shoot 54.0 percent from the field and 46.3 percent from 3-point range during the last four games in the second stanza.
