PEORIA, Ill. -- The busiest week of the Fall schedule is on tap for the Bradley Women's Golf team, with the Braves slated to play at the Johnie Imes Invitational in Columbia, Mo., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before heading to Lexington, Ky., for the Bettie Lou Evans Invite Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Bradley will play in the Johnie Imes Invitational for the third time in four years after missing last year's event.  Senior Ally Scaccia, who has won MVC Golfer of the Week honors after each of Bradley's first two tournaments of 2017-18, played at the par-72 Club at Old Hawthorne both her freshman and sophomore seasons.  She tied for 38th in the event in 2015 after tying for 35th as a freshman and owns a 74.50 career stroke average in two trips to the Johnie Imes Invite.

Missouri Valley Conference rivals Illinois State and Missouri State join Bradley in the 14-team field which also includes former Valley rival Wichita State.  The field also includes Arkansas-Little Rock, East Tennessee State, Florida Gulf Coast, Florida International, Kennesaw State, Mercer, Middle Tennessee State, Missouri, UMKC and North Texas.  Live scoring for the Johnie Imes Invite will be available through birdiefire.com.  Monday and Tuesday's single rounds will get underway with tee times starting at 9 a.m., while Wednesday's final round will feature an 8 a.m. shotgun start.

After playing in Louisville, Ky., each of the past three seasons, Bradley will instead travel to Lexington, Ky., for the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational, which will be held at the University Club of Kentucky's Big Blue Course Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Golfstat.com will have links to live scoring for the event, with Friday's opening round featuring tee times at 8 a.m. (CDT).  Saturday's second round will also start at 8 a.m. with tee times and Sunday's final round will have an 8 a.m. shotgun start.

In addition to MVC rival Illinois State, Bradley will be competing against Big Ten foes Illinois, Indiana, Penn State and Wisconsin in the 16-team field, which also includes tournament-host Kentucky along with Akron, Ball State, Cincinnati, Fresno State, Grand Canyon, Murray State, Notre Dame, Toledo and Western Kentucky.

Scaccia has opened up her senior season in impressive fashion, carding a 74 or lower in four of her six rounds and owns a 72.50 stroke average with a pair of top-10 finishes.

Juniors Chloe Horton and Frankie Saban along with sophomore Taylor Ledwein have placed in the top 20 in each of Bradley's first two tournaments of 2017-18.  Horton, who tied Saban for 12th at the Cardinal Classic in Yorktown, Ind., (Sept. 18-19), has averaged 75.33 per round this fall, while Saban is right behind Horton at 75.67 per round this season.

Ledwein brings a streak of 13 consecutive sub-80 rounds into this week's action after tying for 20th at the Cardinal Classic last time out.  She is two rounds in the 70's from tying the longest streak of her career at 15, which ranks sixth longest in program history.

Following the busy week, Bradley will wrap up the 2017 Fall schedule Oct. 16 & 17 at the MVC Preview in Newton, Kan.
