It's that time again! Once again during the 2018-19 year, fans will have the opportunity to vote for who they believe should be Bradley Athlete of the Month. With the calendar now shifted toward October, it's time to select who had the best opening months of the new year!

Senior Daniel Lensing of the men's golf team, sophomore Sandra Maletin of the tennis team, freshman Hannah Thompson of the volleyball team and sophomore Gerit Wintermeyer of the men's soccer team are the four nominees for Bradley Athlete of the Month in August and September.

Voting is open until Friday at 2 p.m. and will be conducted through the @BradleyBraves twitter account.

Daniel Lensing • Sr. • Men's Golf • Spring Park, Minn.
• Won medalist honors at the Crusader Collegiate, helping Bradley to the team title
• Shot a 5-under 211 to win the Crusader Collegiate to tie the fifth lowest 54-hole score in school history
• Posted a 72.44 stroke average in three tournaments, which included a career-best 4-under par 67 in the second round of the Derek Dolenc Invitational

Sandra Maletin • So. • Tennis • Belgrade, Serbia
• Won the No. 1 Red Singles flight at the Northern Illinois Huskies Invitational
• Teamed with Natalia Barbery to win the No. 1 Doubles flight at NIU
• Won the No. 1 Bradley Singles flight during the six-team Bradley Invitational
• Owns a 6-0 singles record so far this season

Hannah Thompson • Fr. • Volleyball • Pekin, Ill.
• Two-time MVC Freshman of the Week selection
• Second on the team in kills (3.25) and digs (3.93), averaging 4.21 kps and 3.93 dps in Valley play
• One of two players to rank in the top 10 in the MVC in both kills and digs per set
• Helped Bradley Volleyball to its best start in program history (14-2) and a 4-0 start to Valley play
• Named to the all-tournament teams at CEFCU Invitational and Eagle Challenge

Gerit Wintermeyer • So. • Soccer • Wiesbaden, Germany
• Bradley's leading scorer through September with nine points on four goals and assist
• Three of his goals went down as game-winners, helping the Braves extend their unbeaten streak to 12 games, dating back to last season.
• The team's 5-0-2 start represented the third time in program history the Braves went unbeaten through the first seven games of a season.
• Scored a goal or an assist in each of the season's first three games
