ABOUT THE GAMECOCKS
• Jacksonville State has dropped its first two games of the 2018-19 season, losing its opener to Samford, 92-72, before falling to Penn State on Monday, 76-61.
• The Gamecocks are coming off a 23-13 season in 2017-18 and are slated to finish third in the preseason OVC poll.

• Lautier-Ogunleye earned the weekly honor for the first time in his career on Monday.

DLO BECOMES OFFENSIVE WEAPON
• The offensive surge for Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye in the season's first two games shouldn't come as a surprise as the guard increased his output toward the end of last season.
• After averaging 5.4 points in the season's first 19 games last year, Lautier-Ogunleye finished strong before this year's start and has averaged 11.4 points in the 16 games since.
• One key for the senior is his ability to get to the free throw line and finish.
• A career 61.3 percent shooter from the charity stripe before the run, Lautier-Ogunleye has made 79.3 percent of his free throws since.
• Last season, he ranked 39th nationally with a free-throw rate of 63.2 percent and is currently sixth at 250.0 percent.

• With its win on Saturday, Bradley won its first two games of the season for the 55th time in 115 seasons of play and second-straight year.
• Bradley has also won its first two games of the season by at least 10 points for the first time since 2012-13.
• BU is now aiming to win three-straight to open the year for the 38th time in its history.
• Bradley last started the season 3-0 when it won its first four games of the 2013-14 season and last won its first three game by at least 10 points in 1993-94.

WELCOME BACK - PART ONE
• Senior forward Luuk van Bree made his return to the lineup on Saturday after missing the entire preseason with an injury.
• The senior didn't waste much time making an impact for BU as he made all three of his 3-point attempts in 17 minutes off the bench.
• Van Bree is the team's active leader with 108 triples made during his career.

WELCOME BACK - PART TWO
• Redshirt junior guard Antoine Pittman made his first appearance in an official game in more than a year in the season opener.
• Pittman, who redshirted the 2017-18 campaign to develop his offensive game, has contributed 4.5 points and 4.5 boards in his first two games, while also playing as a lockdown defender.
• Pittman scored 412 points (6.9 per game) with 123 rebounds, 62 assists and 43 steals in his first two season on campus.
